There is a new type of report available from the Download Reports button in the Ombea Insights Dashboard. This report presents the smiley satisfaction questions within your stream as a simple graphic. The plain design makes it useful for presentations and posters where you are sharing feedback with colleagues or customers.
When you click on the ‘Download Reports’ button within the Streams dashboard, you will now see:
