You can now add a specific Net Promoter Score® (NPS) question to any ExpressTab, Link or Website Widget Stream. NPS is an 11-point scale, ranging from 0 to 10, that asks a responder how likely they are to recommend you to a friend or family.
When creating a Stream, simply choose NPS as the question type, then follow the prompts to complete the process.
