Responses to free-text questions are presented alongside the sentiment smiley given to an earlier question. This gives you context when reading the responses, since you can see how satisfied each responder was when giving their feedback.
In the Ombea Insights dashboard, simply display your free-text questions as a list, rather than as a word cloud. You will then see the appropriate emoji alongside each response.
Ombea Insights takes the sentiment from the first sentiment question in your stream only.
